Restaurants and Bars
Dining at the Grand Isla Navidad Resort is a wonderful culinary experience. Classic food
preparation techniques are combined with bold local flavors. The three casual and formal
restaurants are under the direction of our Executive Chef, Jesus Magaña who has access to private
sources of fresh produce, select beef and Pacific seafood. The entire resort is served by a state-of-
the-art water purification system. The Grand Isla Navidad Resort offers a variety of unique
restaurants and lounges to dine or sip your favorite cold beverage mostly in outdoor settings
featuring some of the area's finest cuisine.
A fourth restaurant, La Terraza with spectacular views of Barra de Navidad, the coastline and the
salt water lagoon, opens during high season to delight customers with fresh Pacific Rim dishes.
